TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment Terms
Tickets for all courses will only be issued upon receipt
of full payment.
Bookings made less than 14 days prior to a course must
be paid by debit or credit card.
Our Payment Terms for invoices are 14 days.
Ticket Cancellation / Transfer Terms
Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance of the
course will be converted to a non-refundable credit.
This credit may be used for a similar course within 12
months.
Delegates booked on any course may be substituted at any
time free of charge.
We reserve the right to alter or cancel an event due to
circumstances beyond our control. In case of such
circumstances we will contact you in order that you may
transfer your booking.
Terms of Use
Customers use the visualisation exercises at their own
risk. All reasonable measures have been taken to ensure
that these products can be used safely and without any
harm being caused. Reson8 Limited cannot, therefore, be
held responsible in the event of any harm incurred
whilst using its products or services.
